      Shona has been employed since 2008 as a practitioner and was promoted to Senior support in 2010. She was employed as a Deputy Manager from 2011 until 2017 when she was promoted to Manager. After returning from maternity leave in 2019, Shona took on the position of Joint Manager alongside Gemma Haining.

      Main Purpose of Role: To oversee the operation of the facility to the highest standards, ensuring that the best possible environment and care are provided for young children.

      Shona registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (S.S.S.C) in 2010 and has been a member of The Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (P.V.G scheme) since June 2012. Starting at MAP as an apprentice, Shona has completed a number of childcare qualifications and is currently working towards her PDA Level 9 in Childhood Practice.

      Gemma has been employed since 2017 as Assistant Manager and was promoted to Joint Manager in 2019.

      Main Purpose of Role: To oversee the operation of the facility to the highest standards, ensuring that the best possible environment and care are provided for young children.

      Gemma registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (S.S.S.C) in 2014 and became a member of The Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (P.V.G scheme) in October 2012. She has SVQ Level 4 in Social Services (Children & Young People) in 2017 and is currently working towards PDA Level 9 in Childhood Practice.

      Amy has been employed since 2013 as a practitioner and was promoted to Room Leader in 2019. She was then promoted to assistant manager in May 2020.

      Main Purpose of Role: To assist the Managers in the efficient and effective management of all aspects of the organisations affairs, in line with the aims and objectives and ensure a high standard of care and Education. The Assistant Manager will lead and motivate staff ensuring a high standard of service delivery and will deputise for the Managers when required.

      Amy became a member of The Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (P.V.G scheme) in 2013 and registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (S.S.S.C) in 2014.  Amy has an SVQ Level 4 in Social Services (Children & Young People).
